    Create new systems/loans often so they can pretend the new ones are good and attract victims as they raise the old ones high on pure profit making grounds, to rip off people who dont check the market all the time. Dont trust them! Be extremely carefull! They wasted my time and effort as I had to dump them and change to another bank!

    Unfortunately their treatment of existing clients, ones who have been with them for nearly 20 years, is very poor. Their refusal to adopt technologies that other banks have adopted years ago is frustrating to say the least. The excuses they use also, are less than convincing.

    Good home loan rates but a VERY archaic online banking platform. Takes ages to transfer money to anyone. They really should get with the times like their counterpart (Bendigo)!

    Smart phone app needs to be updated. Also, cards cannot be added to the iphone wallet. Bit of a let down. And, it takes a good day to transfer funds to another bank.
    Other than that, everyone that i have spoken to are lovely and helpful. Happy i made the move from my previous bank.
