Anyway got my 1st quote from the gas works (flabbergasted) are the only words I can use to say about quotes over the phone. I called Direct Home Timber & Hardware, didn't even know they replaced hot water heaters found them on Google. A guy called Rick answered, I told him my problem. He was at my door within 2 hours with a great price. The water heater was replaced the next day Saturday, by a qualified plumber who was prompt and knowledgeable. Nothing to clean up afterwards everything taken away. Highly recommend this company for efficiency price and workmanship.
