    Really bad service.

    - check in was late.
    - I asked to if my parking pin was still active and they said it was due the following day. We end up waiting at the car park as the pin was no longer valid.
    - came back 3pm and Housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning. It’s already late in the afternoon.
    - following day, tried to get housekeeping to clean again as the room wasn’t cleaned properly and the bedsheets haven’t been changed for 8 days.
    - Housekeeping also took my baby bath towels. It doesn’t look like the hotel towels. The hotel isn’t doing anything about it!!!!

    Don’t come here.
    The carpets are disgusting!!!

    The location is good but service and cleanliness are a bit rough - we had food left in the fridge from the previous guests, we had 4 guests but they constantly only left 3 towels, even after telling them several times, and one of the beds was broken. We waited 25 minutes for an elevator at checkout only to have one of the staff close the door in our face when she was the only one in the lift. I am sure there would be better value-for-money motels in the area.

    Our host, Mauro, provided us with top quality accommodation, not to be faulted.
    Every thing one requires in a unit and more was included. The location was perfect, trams, hotels, restaurants, Arundel Mall, Casino, train station and Adelaide Oval, all close by. If you have a car, parking is available at a reasonable rate. Very easy to recommend.

    Clean, great service. The room was small and bathroom was tiny. Amazing view from our room. We were only there for 1 night but enjoyed it

    Waste of time and money.

    Staff are rude and uneducated about rooms amenities...

    Internet is shocking.. I've had to use my own mobile data the entire time.
    The room was advertised with a flat screen smart TV and the TVs Netflix and YouTube doesn't even work...
