  I was grieving for my brother who had just died and I rang Mr. Di Rosa for an appointment to come and see him regarding my brother's wishes. From the moment my husband and I entered Mr. Di Rosa;s office we were treated with respect and dignity. Mr. Di Rosa and Mary Aslanidis (his legal secretary) handled my brothers wishes professionally from the start to the finish. I would like to make it known that I worked in the Court system as a Sheriff Officer, and I knew Mr.Di Rosa as a young lawyer who was always dedicated to his clients. When I needed a lawyer for this matter, I did not have to think of whom I would like to take care of my brother's wishes. I can recommend Mr. Di Rosa to everyone who needs advice and help.   It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dino and the Di Rosa Lawyers team who assisted my sister and I to become Powers of Attorney for our mother and father. Mum & Dad were very anxious about the whole process until they met Dino who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.   I was initially involved with Di Rosa Lawyers in making a will for my sister first, then her husband. Unfortunately my sister passed away two years ago, and twelve months later my brother in law passed away. Along with my brother in law's nephew, we were the executors of the will.
  This situation started off a road of legal "red Tape" in which we employed Di Rosa Lawyers.
  Right from the first meeting with Dino, I saw how family oriented he was and this made a deep impression on me since I share the same values for family, especially having just lost my precious sister.
  Because the estate involved some eighteen people, it was by no means a simple case. However Dino and team worked through it, keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
  At one point there was a misunderstanding with some details in which Dino spent much time on, and to his credit he declined to charge us even though he was well within his rights to do so.
  That shows the character of the man.
  Credit goes also to the legal assistant, Mary Aslanidis. She was on the ball every step of the way, keeping us up to date and attending to our many requests.
  Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism of the team at Di Rosa Lawyers.
  I hope I don't need a lawyer for a long time, but I would not hesitate using Dino and his team again.

  I was shocked when my brother Graeme died suddenly without a will. My first thought was that Public Trustee or the Government would take the lot! In a panic, I rang Dino Di Rosa of Di Rosa Lawyers, and my mind was immediately put at rest with the advice he gave me. He finalised Graeme's affairs in a fairly short period, and Anna Ardolino did a great job with the conveyancing when we sold his home.
