Excellent service and friendly people. - Zinnia Lobb Added December 28, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible communication and service.i was looking forward to this so I asked to get given a voucher as a gift, only to find myself calling numerous times to try to talk to someone, then finding a rather argumentative and rude person on the other side of the phone. What I got out of this was nowhere near zen or relaxing. How disappointing.
In response to below comment, i was not too busy to answer, how would you know that? Furthermore, in two occasions I rang straight back being one of them in the evening. The day you rang back my husband, who kindly asked you to ring me instead as he was in a rush to go to work and I was right next to him, you refused to call me saying you did not have time, however you did keep talking to him! Finally, you did not offer a refund, I requested it since this situation was getting stressful and out of hand, before getting the money back you made the Elderly person who gave me the voucher so upset about the grief you gave her that she asked us to rwmove the reviews, which of course I wont do as we are within our right to write. - Alison Michnowicz Added December 22, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★A calm healing environment with spotless facilities and warm generous staff. The sauna is a must for detoxing tired bodies and minds!

After my wife's relaxing float Trudy sat down and had a herbal tea and chat with her. She said it's the best way to relax and take your stress away. Recommend this experience to everyone.
