    Don't call this company, they will rip you off. They charge up front for a quote, didn't arrive in the 3 hour window or after the text saying they were on their way, gave a quote that was 4x the amount I paid for the repair with another local company. Don't waste your time and money.

    After booking an ASAP appointment, waited 24 hours for a call out. Was charged $140 for someone to come out and spend 5 minutes looking at our air con. Didnt know what was causing the problem. Wanted to charge $1200 for a clean but couldnt say whether the issue would be fixed then offered a new unit installed for just under $10,000.
    Metropolitan Plumbing will only reply to this comment with a generic response that all unsatisfied customers are getting. No problem, will just have to warn others on social media to stay the hell away from this dodgy business contracting companies interstate that are rorting their customers.
