- Jaspreet Kaur Added January 13, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience ever i had been in the store the day before, no one greeted me when i entered the store and there were multiple staff walking around not doing much. When i got to the back of the store i was about to ask a lady a question only to be told I'll be right back rather than focusing on customer service she was too busy organising lunches! She happily greeted other customers entering the store but not me. When she did come back she wasnt helpful. I put 2 items on hold called up the next day as I wouldn't be able to get in to collect them today and thought I'd pay for them ove the phone, 1- they dont take phone payments 2- the items we'rnt even on hold! The lady couldn't see anything! So frustrating as it was only 3pm when I called and they already removed them from hold when the items should have been on hold until close of business like I was told by them! Soem of the staff are not helpful or welcoming!

Staff didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in and then when I was at the counter eventually they noticed me and I got an oh hi…. Went out the back to get the item and came back and rung it up without any conversation, eye contact etc. Will avoid shopping there in future
