  Beautiful campus, long history and many outstanding talents. Founded in 1874,The University of Adelaide is the third university in Australian history and the oldest university in South Australia. The North Terrace campus is located beside the beautiful Torrens River. As of 2019, The University of Adelaide has cultivated 5 Nobel Prize winners and 108 Rhodes scholars. Hope and believe that The University of Adelaide will cultivate more top talents. Sub Cruce Lumen.

  Currently studying master of mechanical engineering here. Nice campus with warm staff. Some places are unable to access if you are not a student of the faculty after 6 o’clock on weekdays or whole weekends. The teaching styles of professors are all different but normally satisfied with them. If you are looking for a better future, be better prepared.

  I can only comment on the grounds.
  An inviting and peaceful location in the heart of the city of Adelaide.
  There are many outdoor areas for study, relaxation or to just sit and have a snack.
  This campus is large. I recommend you access a map to make your visit more enjoyable.
  You can walk from North Terrace, heading north, through the campus to access the River Torrens area.
  Even an Australia Post outlet.
  Wheelchair ♿ access is readily available throughout.
  Lovely grounds to wander through or stop and just take in all the history of the beautiful old buildings.

  Remember when the first wave of COVID hit and you didn't pay me and my colleagues for 9 weeks into the 12 week term? If I could say anything to students, it's that these are the conditions your tutors are working with (we literally have to swim upstream just to teach you and be paid for it) so the quality of your education will be directly related to how long your tutor can stand it.

  Can’t say I have studied here but the grounds are just lovely! Plenty of green open spaces, a mix of historic and modern buildings combined with some lovely architecture as well! Well worth a walk around particularly if you have a hour or so to soak in the details!

  Like all Australian universities this one is chronically underfunded, under staffed and under appreciated. I could taste the low staff morale in an otherwise good coffee, and the smell of a 9% NHMRC grant success rate left quite a bitter after-taste.

  It’s always breathtaking to be here. The mix of old and new. The tranquility and cafes nearby. Highly recommend anyone to just visit the UniAdelaide.
