  I have bought 2 cars here before. In my experience the service department is generally very helpful although getting in touch on the phone can occasionally be difficult. Finance service at purchase and contract completion very good, helpful and clear. However my recent experience and email communication (I did call him twice as well but no answer) with a new car salesman (from whom I bought the 2 earlier cars) was condescending and arrogant bordering on rude. This is despite him initiating this contact re a new car. I guess if you are the only BMW dealer in town maybe you feel you can get away with this.

  Worse dealer ever. Their priority is your money and not customer service. Sent my E90 as power window is not working and took them 10 hours to diagnose that the wiring is broken. Parts were $250 and I was charged $1050 for labour! Not only that they took a week to do all that and did not even get me a loan car. Cut throat attitude. They now lost a customer and now I go to a reputable BMW mechanic specialist which does a better job than this dealer. They love to recommend things that dont need to be done as I know my tires are almost brand new ( done 5000km ) and asked to change the rear ones. 2nd opinion at another tire dealer said otherwise. Beware with this dealer. They dont care about customer service and just out there to exploit their ill informed customers! If you decide to go with them, please check your bill and go through every single thing that they charge! They included a lot of parts that were included without discussing with me! Talk about poor communication ! They broke the brake pad sensor and didnt tell me and that's it Adelaide BMW. Cant believe a big company with a small heart. I know more humble and small scale Auto Shops with excellent mechanics with heart, pride and integrity than you guys. Shame on you Adelaide BMW ! You are worse than a criminal!
