    Very helpful staff members helped me when my credit would not load, they did it manually in the office. The only problem was I shouldn't have needed to go in person to the office. It was a real inconvenience but it had to be done.

    If i could give a lower rating i would, between the unreliable services and the extremely incapable and rude staff, having the pass through the Adelaide station is the best way to ruin an otherwise delightful day. Avoid this place at all costs!

    Very rude man at InfoCentre, he should not have a job there or anywhere requiring customer service, seemed very anti-mask and was outspoken about his opinions (we were wearing masks as we had just gotten off the train).

    Tone was extremely condescending and unprofessional.

    On the platform side of the ARS, Very clean, on the other side, not so much. For a major city Railway station the place is lifeless, especially on the weekend. Nothing is open, there is so much potential for little shops down there, & weekend entertainment for families who have an hour to kill before getting their train. Come on Radelaide let's turn this golden opportunity around!

    Came here to buy the visitor pass metro card. The guy who attended to us was friendly and gave useful information on how to navigate the public transport in Adelaide.
