  Horrible manager, someone with an attitude like that shouldn't be working with customer service. She should be in the back! The prices are ridiculously hight for such poor customer service. I pity those who work under her as I can tell that she's not only ugly on the outside but on the inside. I was blamed for a product being faulty and was told that I could get an exchange or refund which is completely contradictory to what the representative told me over the phone. Never going there again, you're better off at Office choice!!!

  Officeworks is located at Rundle mall and can be accessible by tram. A great place for all your stationary related items , books, note pads, pen, pencils, electronics like laptops, speakers , earphones and some of the basic mobile phones . You can various types of printer related items , file covers , racks and storage items. Anything u need for creative stuff , you will find it here. Parking is available in the the nearby parking building only !

  (Not sure if the store itself is deserving of 5 stars but...) Simran and Zak are well deserving of 5 stars for providing great customer service today!
  
  I was limited in time and needed to hurry back to work. So I was very thankful and appreciative to Zak for helping me out by double checking and rolling up my printing.
  
  Even though it’s a very simple gesture (that unfortunately a lot of people in customer service dismiss) I really appreciated the help!

  Common sense would tell you, train your staff during quiet times not peak trading times! It feels like every visit to Officeworks is an encounter with a faulty printing machine, training people, out of stock or rude staff. I resent having to use Officeworks, rarely a positive experience.
