  I just wanted to say thankyou so much to Stephan. He went above and beyond for my sons birthday cake. Not only did it look amazing it also tasted amazing. Will definitely be back. He is very talented and very friendly.

  After disaster struck and my sister's wedding cake (made by a baker in the country) fell over during a commute less than 24 hours before her Barossa Valley wedding, I did a quick Google search and called How Sweet it Is.
  I had slim hopes that any cakemaker would be able to provide a replacement cake with such a short turnaround.
  Stephen was so kind and accommodating, at 3pm starting up again for the day in order to recreate my sister's dream cake ready to be picked up at 11am the next day.
  The cake was beautiful and the bride and groom could not have been more grateful.
  Wouldn't hesitate to return for my own wedding (but this time providing much more notice!) Thanks so much Stephen.

  I couldn't wait to write this review, it's long but worthwhile. I am beyond impressed with Stephen and his impeccable service.
  
  I called How Sweet It Is a mere 6 days prior to my mum's 50th birthday, as I had an order with another bakery who were too busy for me, and in turn I had to find a new baker - and fast. I came across How Sweet It Is by Googling a wedding bakers in Adelaide and was delighted to see on their website the cake shape/design I was after for the birthday cake.
  I promptly called explaining my situation and why I had such a short timeframe and Stephen told me he was 'committed' to my order, and ensured me he'd have it ready for the following Monday.
  
  A few email exchanges here & there and by Sunday night, Stephen's gone and emailed me he can DELIVER the cake to me on a MONDAY when he's closed and you bet he was at my doorstep exactly on time when he said he would be with the most perfect cake, exactly as I envisioned, in his hands. I tipped 25 extra dollars to the quote (VERY AFFORDABLE MIND YOU. WOW.) for the incredible and friendly service.
  
  My mum was in awe at the cake and we sat down tonight to eat. After leaving it out of the fridge for approx 10 hours it was the most perfect texture, dense and flavourful - I ordered the Chocolate/Kahlua flavour and you really can't go wrong here. It was perfectly balanced and the fondant was beautiful. It was almost too gorgeous to eat, but so delicious and decadent. Like a movie cake.
  
  Thank you so very much How Sweet It Is for being the cherry on top of my mum's 50th birthday and giving us something so amazing to remember the day by. Your service, kindness, and commitment to me with a short lead time only to deliver top notch results is something I will share with everyone. I will 100% be coming to you guys for my future cake orders. Now, to get through all the flavours!

  Couldn’t be happier with our beautiful wedding cake and the service we received from Stephen! Very helpful service, the cake looked spectacular and most importantly, was delicious! Had excellent feedback from many of our wedding guests.

  Amazing!! I can highly recommend How Sweet It Is, they did an amazing job for my 30th Birthday and created a cigar humidor Cohiba box as my cake. It tasted just as great as is looked. Thank you!

  How Sweet It Is made our wedding cake for us, and I couldn't be happier with their cake or their service. The cake looked phenomenal and we had so many compliments on it! It tasted pretty amazing too. Stephen is a cake God and absolutely rocked the style we chose, particularly the fondant skull on top - the detailing and shading on it was absolutely incredible!! I cannot recommend them enough.
