  Gianni couldn't have been more helpful. He was pleasant and engaging and didn't hurry any aspect of the introduction. He was quick to tell me to call in if I was confused over any of the many features of the car that he had explained. Excellent experience all round.

  Not satisfied! I struggle to agree with the "customer service team" that excessive oil consumption (1L every 2000km) in a 6 yr old 70000km engine can be acceptable. The car has been serviced by Subaru as per the book yet a short engine replacement is the fix @ $3500(#gestureofgoodwillincuded)
  At that rate if I keep the car for 15 years it will have 4 engines......Subaru, poor form! You have lost a loyal brand customer!

  Maria is great, makes you feel like a valued customer.
  
  I previously test drove the car at Medindie and found the salesman to be transparent in his efforts to big note Subaru against the competition and I found it to be an unpleasant experience. I felt like we were there as an inconvenience, and I never recieved a call back on a valuation of my trade in.
  
  Maria gave us undivided attention the entire time and was able to get our valuation sorted whilst we discussed vehicle specifics. She didn't try to oversell the car, merely pointed out the key bits and made herself available to answer my questions as required.
  
  If I could rate my Medindie experience, it would be 2/10.
  
  We went to Eblen and the sales service was also fantastic, so Maria needs to be commended for retaining my business (as also previous customers) for Jarvis

  From our first interaction we felt at ease and fully trusting in the service.
  Not being particularly knowledgeable in regards to cars, we were provided all the relevant information we needed to make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured or confused.
  With the current supply issues with vehicles industry-wide, Cabe was totally transparent and continually kept us informed as the delivery process progressed.
  Overall, quite the perfect car-buying experience.

  Jay is a great sales assistant he's very polite and helpful. I bought a WRX. Cabe's after sale service is amazing he resolved a couple of minor issues and made me feel a valued customer. The team at Jarvis Adelaide have been great!
