  Warning to tenants who are renting- if you could choose a real estate agent you would not choose this one. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. My relatives had the misfortune of renting with Mastracorp; firstly, they did not receive their signed Tenancy Agreement from the very beginning of their lease, which was a sign of the terrible service they were about to receive over the course of their lease. One of the first details that was brought to the attention of Mastracorp was that the gutters of the second storey were completely blocked with leaves. This was not fixed and 12 months later, Adelaide experienced the huge storm and hail stones, the gutters overflowed and our relatives townhouse was flooded. Mastracorp and the home owners could have prevented this with the simple process of having the gutters cleaned, instead our relatives experienced the flooding, mattresses and personal items were damaged. Another one of numerous incidents occurred when the dishwasher broke down and had to be replaced. Our relatives were initially blamed for breaking the dishwasher, however it was confirmed that the dishwasher was faulty and then they had to wait three months for a new dishwasher.
  Finally, at the end of their lease, after moving out and leaving the property in a much, much cleaner condition than when they moved in, had to wait nearly six weeks for their bond to be refunded and this only happened by our relatives arranging the refund due to Mastracorp not lodging it.

  A huge thank you to Nicholas and Dion Mastrangelo for the effective management and sale of our first home. We listed our first home, turned rental property with Mastracorp earlier this year after finding out we were going to have a baby and in need of some extra funds. Throughout the sales process we were always met with professionalism, enthusiasm and expertise. Both Dion and Nick made us feel as though the sale of our home was their personal priority and made us feel confident that they would be able to get us the best price possible. Having never sold a property before my husband, Andrew and I didn’t even know where to start – Dion and Nick were informative when explaining the sales and marketing process and followed up with the implementation of a seamless sales and marketing campaign. They were helpful and committed when interpreting legal jargon and amending contracts to suit both us and the buyer to ensure the sale went ahead without a hitch. Nick and Dion kept us in the loop and made us feel informed and re-assured the whole time. The process was seamless and they managed communication with third parties such as tenants, conveyancers and body corporates to minimise the impact on myself and my husband. Nick and Dion were also able to overcome many obstacles along the way and adapt to still deliver an optimal result in our desired time-frame, suiting both us and the buyer.   Trash at everything, my disabled 4 year old son could manage my property better. Here he is last Tuesday at daycare. Can't wait for him to manage my property instead of Mastracorp. Not happy! - Georgia x

  This is a Business that was started by P. Mastrangelo who started operations under the banner of CENTURY 21REAL ESTATE.
  Mr & Mrs Mastrangelo are so pasionate about the real estate and the business they have built over the years that eventually all three of their son's completed University Degrees with in the Real Estate portfolio and have joined their parent's at Mastracorp as qualified real estate agents.
  This action alone will some up the dedication and resiliance as well as the determination to evolve over the years.
  Today they are not just a real estate agency they are the market leaders as I'm concearned and Pasquale didn't just happen to be there he has literally made a name for him self as someone that will back over backwards to make you happy and also someone that will speak his mind and a Gentleman who doesn't hide behind anyone or send correspondance through his staff, good or bad he will be the one to handle that query for you and if he's promissed to do something he will get it done you can rest assured.
  We run a cleaning company and deal with Mastracorp on a dayly basis for a number of years now and can tell you that I have never met a bloke that is more genuine, honest and respectfull in my life and best of all
  Mastrangelo's Pay their invoices on time and every time.
  Mastrangelo's are not the only people there they also employ others who like them love their work and achieve results who also will give you the time and listen to what you want and need and it's all done with a smile .
  For these reasons I rate this business 5 STARS they really do deserve them and I just hope that others in the industry adopt the business attitude that Mastracorp has been implementing for decades now it's a Bussiness plan for the future !!! Give them a call You will be pleasantly surprised that I can guarrantee everyone out there.
  We are all quick to leave a negative remark as feedback but we allway's fail to leave a feedback in support and gratitude !
