  THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD
  
  I ordered a set of custom seat covers for my forester which had arm rests. I paid $250 in full straight away and received the covers a week later only to find out they somehow were way to big even though I sent photos.
  
  After some days of back and forth sending photos to confirm they were too big I was asked to send them back (which I was made to pay $25 for) to get re stitched which the took another 7 days turnaround.
  
  I received the new covers only to find out that the arm rests i got were way too small this time. After days of slow replies through e mail I decided to go to the warehouse to get a quicker response. They advised me I needed to unbolt my arm rests to put them on but that was clearly wrong as I would have had to put a hole in the covers to get them back on.
  
  After they agreed they were too small they sent another pair which took another 5 days only to open them and they be way too big. It had been over a month since I first paid now.
  
  I went straight to the warehouse and asked for an explanation as to why it was so hard to get it right and to be compensated for the terrible service and products. I was then told by an employee that the manager said I could have a $70 refund for the arm rests but that's it. The Manager refused to talk to me himself. I found it disrespectful and unreal that a multi million dollar company would even do a half refund for the terrible service they provided and when I said I would take $70 as well as new arm covers that might actually fit they said no. So I'm left with average looking seat covers without armrest covers.
  
  I will NEVER shop here again because their products are faulty and if you have an issue will try to get rid of you as cheap and as slowly as possible.
