  Such a shame. Here from interstate and my to be 8 year olds bday and all she wanted was pancakes. Googled pancakes in Adelaide and up popped pancake kitchen and promptly made a booking for brunch at 11am. We got there at 11am and told them straight away we needed 15 not 10. They said they couldn't accommodate us but would try. She said they had a booking at 2pm but we could have the bigger table. I said we would be out before then as most had flights to get to. At 11.45am we asked if we could actually order. At 12.15pm we asked for some water and were told our server was on a break but someone would be with us. The server came to the table, was rude to my husband and told him to get his facts straight as we only waited 1/2 an hour not 1 hour so we upped and left. 15 meals and drinks walked out your door and we went around the corner and got pancakes drinks coffee and my 8 year old had a smile on her face. That's all we wanted. To eat together, have some laughs and enjoy. Next time just put the water on the table, tell us our food will be coming and we would have been happy. We didn't get to taste the food, water or drinks so can't comment.
