As directed, I submitted my application directly to the principal, Ms. Anita Zocchi. Applications take a good deal of time to prepare, so I was dismayed when Ms. Zocchi did not deign to acknowledge receipt of my application nor, in the subsequent months, provide communication of any kind.
Curiously, the school's mission statement includes the following: 'You will learn in an environment where you are respected and you are provided with encouragement and guidance in your final years at school. Highly professional and caring teachers will support your learning in an open and friendly atmosphere.'
